Do you allow IRC traffic?

Short Answer

Yes

Detailed Answer

We allow one to connect to IRC servers, run their own IRCd, bots, bouncers, etc...

However, should any hint of abuse or bad attention be attracted from the running or use of the above services, your account will be suspended immediately and most likely cancelled, without warning.

It is easy to use IRC legitimately, in which case you'll never have a problem. To anyone else, you know who you are.
